Venom Extracts lacks written procedures for packaging/fulfillment, extraction, oven room, biomass intake, distillation, cartridge filling, and solvent recycling. We were also at the beginning of the COVID19 pandemic where social distancing and masks were not yet standard protocol.
Observe and document the work flow from biomass intake to packaging/fulfillment in a value stream map. Map the work instructions of each department, draft, publish, and deliver standard operating procedures within the 90 day timeframe allocated to the project.
The CEO, President, and onsite management team determined which departments would be documented and we developed the sequence of work activities. Over the course of 3 days, Green Worx Consults collaborated onsite with each department lead to capture work instructions, equipment settings, capture photos and videos. At the end of the 3 days, process maps where delivered and approved. The next 6 weeks, we drafted and finalized each SOP. The Venom team reviewed, proposed changes, and approved final drafts.
Final SOP’s were delivered 28 days early and within budget. We delivered 6 standard operating procedure manuals that documented the entire production process end to end.
